Gerlos is a high valley at 1,250 metres above sea level and is part of the Zillertal Valley. The area has five beautiful, car-free side valleys that are easy to explore on foot or by bike. Nestled between the Hohe Tauern National Park and the Zillertal Nature Park, Gerlos is easily accessible via the Zillertal Valley (Schlitters, exit A12 – Zillertal) or via Pinzgau (Mittersill, Zell am See).
