Learning is a lifelong process.

The hotel’s own seminars are held by external trainers or by employees of the hotel.

We offer a leadership development programme for team leaders and their deputies.

The topics range from local knowledge to professional and personal development. In addition, seminars are offered on special topics outside the workplace. We work very actively with the Kinderhotel Academy, where almost all staff members of the children’s club are trained in many different sectors!

We place great emphasis on team-building and “relationship management” among each other.
